Recently, a friend treated me to this cake, and I could not leave without a prescription - now I make this amazing cake in a pan with nuts very often, as my whole family likes it, and it takes a little effort and food. Try it, do not come off!

Ingredients:

  • can of condensed milk;
  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • flour - 3.5 cups;
  • baking powder - 10 grams;
  • fat sour cream - 320 grams;
  • sugar - 100 grams;
  • walnuts - 150 grams.

  1. Take a can of condensed milk and pour into a bowl. There we add the eggs and mix. Gradually introduce flour, adding baking powder, and mix. We form the dough: it should not turn out too liquid or dense - we need a middle ground. As soon as it stops sticking to your hands, then it’s ready.
  2. We heat the pan and bake cakes in a clean dry frying pan. To do this, divide the dough into 7-8 parts and roll into cakes, make small cuts on them so that they do not rise when frying. Scones should not be thin! Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Let cool, then cut the edges in a circle. We grind the remains in the coffee grinder or with a knife.
  4. Cook the cream by whipping the sour cream with sugar. We coat each cake, adding nuts between the cake. Cake should be missed on all sides. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and crumbs on top.
