  • two apples;
  • cinnamon - ½ teaspoon;
  • two tablespoons of sugar;
  • lemon juice - 0.5 teaspoon.


  • kefir - 250 milliliters;
  • water - 100 milliliters;
  • 500 grams of flour;
  • ½ teaspoon of salt;
  • vegetable oil - 50 milliliters;
  • sugar - 5 tablespoons;
  • 10 grams of yeast;
  • one egg.

For lubrication:

  • two tablespoons of honey;

Buns with apples. Step by step recipe

  1. Getting to the dough. To do this, we need to combine kefir, water, salt, sugar, egg, vegetable oil and yeast. Mix well until the yeast is completely dissolved. Then add the flour in small portions and knead the dough. We take kefir and water at room temperature. And we take yeast not dry, but fresh.
  2. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and put in a warm place to fit. It should double.
  3. Finely chopped peeled apples and add sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. The filling is ready. I added three tablespoons of sugar, I like it when the filling is very sweet.
  4. When the dough comes up, you need to knead it well, and you can proceed to the formation of buns. We take a small piece of dough, roll it out with a rolling pin, put the filling and twist it with a tube. It looks like roses to us.
  5. In a baking dish, oiled, put the buns with apples. And put in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that they increase in volume.
  6. Then grease with a beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  8. Grease the finished buns with liquid honey.
