Ingredients:

  • nuts to taste;
  • baked milk cookies - 600 grams;
  • boiled condensed milk - 500 grams;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • 30 grams of black (milk) chocolate.

  1. Initially, you need to prepare cookies. For this cake, “baked milk” cookies are ideal: they need to be crushed, but not in small crumbs (crushed by hands or use a combine).
  2. Boiled condensed milk (you can immediately take boiled condensed milk, but I prefer to buy raw condensed milk and cook it at home), beat with a mixer. Condensed milk will become rare during whipping.
  3. Sour cream (it is best to use homemade, not very high fat content) is added to the whipped condensed milk and beat thoroughly with a mixer until smooth.
  4. Cut the butter at room temperature into small cubes and add to the condensed milk. Cream cake well beat.
  5. Grind the walnuts, and then add the crushed nuts to the cream and mix everything with a mixer.
  6. We combine the crumbs from the cookies with the cream and mix everything to a homogeneous mass (it is very important that the cookies are saturated with cream: and the whole mass should be not liquid, but not thick. See: if during mixing you see that the consistency for the cake is liquid, add more cookies).
  7. We spread the ready-made sweet mass for Anthill on a flat plate (you can put the condensed mass not only on the plate, but in any shape that you have). But I like to form the cake on the plate: the more sloppy we make the slide, the more beautiful get a cake when it freezes.
  8. We rub black chocolate on a fine grater (milk chocolate can be).
  9. Sprinkle a slice of cake with grated chocolate.
  10. We send the cake in the refrigerator for one hour to freeze.
