  • sunflower oil (odorless) - 120 milliliters;
  • milk - half a glass (100 milliliters);
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanilla - 10 grams;
  • flour - a glass.

For cream:

  • milk - half a glass (100 milliliters);
  • cocoa - 1 tablespoon;
  • sugar - 40 grams;
  • chocolate - 60 grams;
  • coconut flakes - 1 sachet.

Cake "Chocolate Tenderness". Step by step recipe

  1. Beat the mixer with mixed eggs, sugar and vanilla. Then we pour milk there, whisk again. Add sunflower oil, flour and baking powder. Beat another 4 minutes. It turns out batter.
  2. On the form we put greased food paper and pour the dough. We set to bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees. When ready, turn the biscuit over and remove the paper.
  3. Cooking cream. To do this, put milk, cocoa, sugar, chocolate in a saucepan and heat over low heat until all the ingredients have melted. Mix.
  4. We cut the biscuit into squares and each one in turn is lowered into the cream. We keep it in the cream for a minute, blotting from all sides. Then we envelop in coconut flakes and serve.
