  • flour - 2 glasses;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • sugar - 170 grams;
  • oil - 100 grams;
  • soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • honey - optional.

For cream:

  • flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • milk - 600 grams;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • butter - 100 grams.

  1. We immediately prepare the cream: beat the eggs with sugar, then add the flour. Knead. Bring the milk to a boil and pour into the cream. Stir constantly. Cook and stir when the cream becomes thick, remove from heat and add vanillin, mix. When the cream has cooled slightly, add the butter. Stir well.
  2. Second stage: fry cakes. Melt butter, honey and sugar in a water bath. Add beaten eggs and soda and warm a little more, add flour, stir and remove from heat.
  3. Kneading the dough is not tough! Divide into 6 pieces and roll the pancakes, fry over low heat on both sides.
  4. Lubricate the cakes with cream, decorate and let the cake cool and soak.
