  1. Grind the cottage cheese and mix with sugar. Mix soda, slaked with lemon juice, and all the ingredients for the dough. Pour the flour when the mixture has stood for a while in order to rise. Mix well and knead the dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 parts, roll and bake cakes at 180 degrees for several minutes.
  3. Beat whites with sugar. Add two tablespoons of flour and starch to sugar proteins.
  4. Bring the milk to a boil and add the proteins, cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  5. Melt the butter and add to the finished mixture when it cools slightly. Mix well.
