Having decided to bake a cake from mastic for my child’s birthday, I wondered how to make the cake tasty and, of course, beautiful. I searched the Internet for a long time and found one interesting video. After looking carefully, I decided to make a cake from mastic so the recipe. It was a bomb! So delicious that it’s simply beyond words. Fresh fruits, air cream, delicate biscuit - you’ll just lick your fingers. Today, with “I love to cook,” I want to share a recipe for making a baby cake.

Ingredients:

Biscuit:

  • six eggs;
  • sugar - one and a half glasses;
  • one and a half glasses of flour.

Oil cream:

  • 200 grams of oil;
  • ½ can of boiled condensed milk.

Fruits:

  • banana;
  • kiwi;
  • orange.

Impregnation:

  • water - 12 tablespoons;
  • sugar - 6 tablespoons.

Sour cream:

  • 700 grams of sour cream;
  • icing sugar - 200 grams.

Mastic:

  • marshmallows - 200 grams;
  • powdered sugar.

Decoration:

  • sugar;
  • picture.

Children's cake from mastic. Step by step recipe

  1. For a biscuit, beat the eggs with sugar until the mass increases. You can do this with a mixer or whisk.
  2. Then, add the flour to the egg mixture in small portions and mix gently. We use sifted flour.
  3. In the baking dish we put the parchment.
  4. Bake a biscuit at a temperature of 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  5. We take out the finished biscuit from the mold and leave it to cool.
  6. Cut the cooled biscuit into three cakes. I did this with a larger, sharp culinary knife.
  7. For impregnation, combine hot water with sugar. Soak the biscuit with this liquid.
  8. Cut the fruit into small pieces.
  9. For cream, combine sour cream with icing sugar and beat well.
  10. Grease each cake with sour cream and put the fruit. We send the cake in the refrigerator for one hour.
  11. For butter cream, beat butter with condensed milk.
  12. We take out our biscuit and coat it with butter cream.
  13. Knead the mastic and roll it thinly with a rolling pin. Then transfer it to the biscuit.
  14. We decorate our cake with sugar pictures.
