  • flour - 100 grams;

  • baking powder - a teaspoon.

  • chocolate - 200 grams;
  • butter - 50 grams;
  • a glass of cream 35%.

  1. For cooking, you will need a special baking dish for open pies, grease it with butter.
  2. In a water bath you need to melt the chocolate and butter.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl until sugar is completely dissolved. Add here our melted chocolate with butter and mix.
  4. Gradually pour flour and baking powder, while stirring.
  5. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Pour the homogeneous chocolate mass into the baking dish and put in the oven for 30 minutes. And watch that the cake is not burnt, depending on the oven time it may take less than 5 minutes or more.
  6. While the biscuit is baking, we prepare chocolate grease. To do this, melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan and pour in the cream, stir a couple of minutes until thickened and remove from heat. Let the chocolate mass cool.
  7. We take out the finished cake and quickly turn it over to the dish. Pour chocolate warm grease onto a biscuit, decorate at our discretion.
  8. Let the cake cool and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
