Most recently, I started “cheesecake”, and it began with the fact that in one restaurant I tried an unusually delicious cheesecake with a layer of chocolate. And from that moment on, the idea to cook the same dessert did not leave me, only at home. And finally it happened, I did it even better than in that restaurant, and even quickly, so I hasten to share the recipe with the readers “I like to cook”. Let's start cooking right now.


  • “coffee” cookies - 250 grams;
  • butter - 150 grams;
  • cream - 150 milliliters;
  • black chocolate - 2 tiles;
  • cottage cheese - 1/2 kilogram;
  • condensed milk - 1 can;
  • milk - 180 milliliters;
  • gelatin - 10 grams.

  1. Grind cookies with a food processor, if this is not available, you can walk on it with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix with butter, grind.
  3. Put our base in a detachable form, tamp on the bottom and sides.
  4. Melt chocolate in cream on plate.
  5. Pour chocolate onto our base and send to the refrigerator.
  6. Meanwhile, mix cottage cheese and condensed milk, mix with a blender.
  7. Dissolve gelatin in milk, add to cottage cheese and whisk again with a blender.
  8. Put the cottage cheese in a form and send it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, and preferably at night.
