  1. Pre-defrost the dough, the main thing is to buy puff yeast.
  2. I have dough from two layers, and I rolled them a little. If you have one, then cut and also roll a little.
  3. Chocolate must be melted in a water bath and brush with one layer of dough, and cover with a second.
  4. Next, cut the dough into strips one centimeter wide.
  5. Twist each strip like a spiral.
  6. Now we turn our buns, from the edge we begin to twist.
  7. Thus we twist all the strips.
  8. We cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out our products.
  9. Beat the egg and grease the burgers, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
