It was made from coconut, and my family loved it so much that I decided to learn how to cook just such a cookie, but all the recipes were absolutely not what I needed. I had to experiment with the composition for a long time, but still I was lucky to find these ideal proportions. I hasten to share with you my favorite coconut cookie recipe.

Ingredients:

  • coconut flakes - 300 grams;

  6. Beat the heated dough with a blender or mixer for 3 minutes.
  7. We send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.

  9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  10. We take out the dough from the refrigerator and form our cookies. Give them a shape.
  11. We send cookies to the oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

Coconut cookies can be decorated or eaten right after they are in the oven.
