For the test:

  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • honey - 3 tablespoons;
  • sour cream - 100 grams;
  • flour - 2 glasses;
  • soda - 1 teaspoon.

For cream:

  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • peeled walnuts - 1 cup;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • prunes - 100 grams.

Confetti Cake Step by step recipe

  1. Grind the eggs with sugar, add honey, sour cream, flour, soda (do not extinguish with vinegar) and mix.
  2. Divide the resulting mass into 2 parts and bake two cakes.
  3. We make a cream: beat sour cream with sugar, add chopped nuts and prunes cut into small cubes.
  4. When the cakes have cooled, cut each in half and grease with cream.
  5. Garnish the cake with chocolate, marshmallows or marmalade. Sprinkle with raisins if desired.
