  • vanillin - 1 teaspoon;
  • food coloring (red);
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup.

  1. To make our cookies, first sift the flour.
  2. Then add baking powder and cocoa to the flour. Mix well.
  3. We need the melted butter, so get it out of the refrigerator in advance.
  4. Add sugar to the butter and beat everything into a lush mass.
  5. Gradually add one egg each and continue to beat.
  6. Add vanillin, food coloring, milk and whisk everything again.
  7. Add flour and mix.
  8. From the dough we make small balls, and roll them in icing sugar.
  9. We lay the finished balls on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, at a distance from each other.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
