We offer all lovers of something sweet to cook at home an absolutely uncomplicated and very tasty cream pie - like tiramisu. To my taste, he personally reminds me of this famous Italian dessert. Delicate cream and airy biscuit just melt in your mouth! Such chocolate cream cake "Sieve" is called.
for the test:
- 160 grams of flour;
- 120 grams of sugar;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 25 grams of cocoa powder;
- 125 milliliters of milk;
- 125 milliliters of vegetable oil;
- 1 sachet of baking powder for dough and vanilla sugar;
- a pinch of salt.
- 250 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 35%;
- 0.5 liters of milk;
- 250 grams of sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 50 grams of butter;
- 50 grams of flour or starch;
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
Cream pie is like tiramisu. Step by step recipe
- Mix flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder. Sift through a sieve to get rid of lumps and specks.
- In a separate container, beat the eggs with vanilla.
- Gradually add sugar and beat with a mixer into a light air mass.
- Pour vegetable oil in small portions. I want to draw your attention to the fact that for the preparation of the pie, the oil must be refined and deodorized, that is, odorless and tasteless.
- We continue to whip the mass and slowly add milk.
- To the egg mass, add previously prepared bulk ones.
- Mix everything thoroughly and beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and pour the dough there.
- We bake the base for the cream pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Put the biscuit on the wire rack and let it cool completely.
- To prepare the cream, you need to mix flour with half sugar - 125 grams.
- Using a whisk, beat the eggs lightly. Add the flour and mix everything well. If the dough is thick, you can add a little milk.
- The remaining milk is mixed with sugar and vanilla. Bring to a boil.
- Half of all the milk is gradually poured into the egg mass in a thin stream. Mix the mixture with hot milk. At the same time, we intensively mix everything with a spoon.
- We put on the stove and cook until thickened.
- When the mixture thickens, cook for another 1-2 minutes, so that the components have time to boil.
- In a hot tiramisu cream, put the butter and stir until smooth.
- Cool to room temperature.
- In chocolate sponge cake we make holes with a diameter of about 1 centimeter.
- Beat cold cream with powdered sugar into a strong foam.
- Mix the custard base of the cream with whipped cream.
- Using a pastry syringe, fill the holes in the biscuit with cream, the remaining cream is evenly distributed with a spatula over the entire surface of the cake.
- Sprinkle with chocolate biscuit crumbs and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
