Creamy Tiramisu. Step by step recipe

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla using a mixer, toss the flour with baking powder and mix.
  2. Cover the baking dish with baking paper.
  3. I have a small shape, 19 cm in diameter, so I divided the dough into 2 cakes.
  4. Bake a biscuit in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Finished biscuit split in half. If you bake 2 biscuits, we also cut them in half.
  6. Prepare the cream: whip cream 400 milliliters. Mascarpone grind with powdered sugar and add whipped cream, mix.
  7. We brew strong coffee, add liquor to it. Pour each cake with a small amount of coffee with liquor and spread with a thick layer of cream.
  8. Collect the cake and decorate.
  9. To decorate, cook ganache: melt the chocolate and pour the hot cream that remains, stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved, add a piece of butter and put in a refrigerator.
  10. Next we get the chocolate and beat with a blender until airy. Pour the cooked ganache over the cake, garnish with cream of cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

The cake is ready! Delicious, mouth-watering, tasty and directly “melt in the mouth” - this is a tiramisu cake. It is very airy and light, so it is suitable for parties at which it does not come to dessert, no one will refuse such a cake. "I love to cook" wishes you bon appetit! And be sure to try to cook tiramisu without eggs and Florentine tiramisu!
