My little sister is madly in love with cake Snickers, and since she recently had a birthday, my mom and I decided to bake muffins with peanut butter: to treat classmates. According to a simple recipe, deliciously delicious muffins with nut filling are prepared. I want to share the secrets of making cupcake with nuts (“cupcake surprise”) with you on the “I love to cook” website.



  • flour - 140 grams;
  • 2 eggs;
  • butter - 70 grams;
  • sugar - 70 grams;
  • soda - 0.3 teaspoon;
  • vinegar - 0.3 teaspoon.


  • cream cheese - 100 grams;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • icing sugar - 50 grams;
  • peanut butter - 100 grams.


  • boiled condensed milk - 1 spoon per 1 cupcake;
  • roasted peanuts.

Peanut Butter Cupcake Snickers. Step by step recipe

  1. In a clean bowl, put the butter at room temperature.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Rub the butter with sugar.
  4. In the resulting mass, add two eggs, make our mixture homogeneous.
  5. Pour the flour and mix it all with a fork.
  6. At the end, add a little quenched soda, and take on the final mixing of the ingredients.
  7. We take paper molds for cupcakes.

Please note: the molds must be placed in a holding container (silicone or tin), because under the weight of the dough the paper mold is destroyed and instead of a beautiful cake we get a cake.

  1. We fill our molds with dough to about the middle and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees in advance for 20-25 minutes.

While the muffins are baking, we proceed to the preparation of the cream.

  1. At low speed, beat butter for several seconds.
  2. Add cream cheese and again make a few turns with a mixer.
  3. Add peanut butter to the mixture. Mix again.
  4. At the very end, add the powdered sugar and gently mix it first with the mixer turned off (so that the powder does not scatter throughout the kitchen), and then turned on.
  5. Put the cream in the refrigerator.
  6. We take a plastic bag, fill in the roasted peanuts and chop it into small pieces using a rolling pin.
  7. We take the cooked muffins out of the oven and let them cool completely.
  8. After cooling with a small knife, cut out a kind of cone in the middle of our cake.

You can leave the middle for tea, as it will no longer be needed.

  1. Inside the cupcake, add one tablespoon of condensed milk and gently distribute.
  2. Pour peanuts on top. The amount depends on your taste.
  3. On top, using a pastry bag, apply the previously prepared cream.
  4. The creamy top of the cake can be decorated with peanuts and thin streaks of condensed milk, if desired.
