Curd Mousse

The first cottage cheese mousse was prepared in France, and served exclusively by the royal nobility. Curd mousse is an incredibly tasty and healthy dessert, the taste of which will plunge us into a fabulously magical land of pleasures and happiness.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 250 grams;
  • egg whites - 2 pieces;
  • orange peel - 1 teaspoon;
  • orange juice - 100 milliliters;
  • honey - 2 teaspoons.

Curd mousse. Step by step recipe

  1. Beat cottage cheese with honey and orange juice.
  2. Add a pinch of salt to the cooled proteins, beat until a uniform foam.
  3. Add the whipped squirrels to the curd in parts, stirring continuously.
  4. Put the mousse in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. When serving mousse, sprinkle with orange zest.
