  2. Sift flour through a sieve.
  3. As soon as the milk mass boils, add flour to it and quickly mix with a wooden spoon. Flour should be made with hot milk. We stir until the entire contents of the pan becomes one lump.

  19. Cover the cream with one more cake on top, squeeze a little.
  20. We remove the cake in a cold place for 6-8 hours, so that it is soaked.
