Ingredients:

  • milk - 100 milliliters;
  • sugar - 100 grams;
  • cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons;
  • egg - 2 pieces;
  • flour - 130 grams;
  • baking powder for dough - 12 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 100 grams;
  • salt - ⅓ teaspoon.

To fill:

  • milk - 100 milliliters;
  • sugar - 100 grams;
  • cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons.

To decorate:

  • grated chocolate.

  1. To prepare a delicious and delicate chocolate cake, we need a container in which we will knead the dough. I use a deep glass bowl.
  2. Pour milk into the prepared bowl, add sugar, cocoa, break two chicken eggs (it is very good to use fresh homemade eggs), add salt and mix everything well with a whisk: until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. In a separate container we combine wheat flour with a baking powder and sift.
  4. Add the sifted flour to the chocolate mass and mix everything thoroughly (until smooth) with a whisk.
  5. Then add vegetable refined oil, and again mix everything well.
  6. For baking a pie, we need a shape with a diameter of 20 centimeters.
  7. We lubricate the prepared form with vegetable oil (it is best to do this with a silicone brush) and sprinkle with flour a little.
  8. We put the tender dough for the pie into the mold.
  9. We send the form with the test to the oven preheated to 180 degrees: for 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.
  10. By this time we will prepare the filling for the chocolate cake. Pour milk into a small bowl, add sugar, cocoa and mix everything well until smooth with a whisk. Pouring for the pie is ready.
  11. Pour the hot cake in the form with the prepared filling.
  12. We put the pie in the form in the turned off oven: and let it stand there until it cools completely.
  13. We take out the cooled cake from the oven, free it from the form and cut off the top.
  14. Grind the chopped top into crumbs, and sprinkle our delicious, fragrant pastries with the same crumbs.
  15. Garnish spiced cake with grated chocolate.
