When summer comes, all season long I bake a delicious pie with gooseberries. This is the kind of cake that our family liked the most. But this delicate pie can be made with other berries. Ingredients:

  • wheat flour - 250 grams;
  • 120 grams of butter;
  • sugar sand - one hundred grams;

  • 300 grams of gooseberries;
  • 200 grams of sour cream;
  • two eggs;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • two tablespoons of flour.

  1. Break one egg into a deep container, pour sugar and beat in foam using a mixer.
  2. Then add softened butter at room temperature to the container and whisk a little more with a blender.
  3. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix wheat flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve.
  5. Gradually introduce the flour into the egg-oil mixture.
  6. Knead the dough with your hands. It should turn out soft and uniform.
  7. Wrap the dough in a plastic bag and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  8. In the meantime, let's get down to preparing gooseberries. I wash and sort the berries well. With scissors we cut the stalks and opposite ends.
  9. Now let's prepare the filling for the homemade gooseberry pie.
  10. In a blender bowl, break two eggs, add sugar and beat with a whisk in a lush foam.
  11. Then add the sour cream. Beat a little to make the mass homogeneous.
  12. And add two tablespoons of flour. Mix well so that there are no lumps of flour.
  13. A detachable baking dish (mold diameter 22 centimeters) is covered with parchment and greased its bottom and sides with butter.
  14. We take out our dough from the refrigerator and roll it on the table. If necessary, sprinkle a little flour on the table.
  15. Roll out the dough a little more than the diameter of the form. Then gently shift it into shape and form small sides.
  16. At the bottom, in one layer, lay the gooseberries.
