- 250 grams of flour;
- 6 fresh chicken eggs;
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa;
- 360 grams of sugar;
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder.

- 850 grams of sour cream;

- Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the proteins in a lush foam with a mixer, gradually adding sugar. Continuing to beat, we introduce one yolk into the mixture.
- The sifted flour is mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix.
- In small portions, we introduce the flour into the egg mixture, each time thoroughly mixing.
- Pour our dough into a split mold covered with parchment. Sent in preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick or wooden skewer.
- The cooled cake is cut into two unequal parts. The lower half is 1.5 centimeters thick.
- The upper part of the cake is cut into cubes with a side of 3 centimeters.
- For cream: mix high-fat thick sour cream with sugar and beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes.
- We spread the lower part of the biscuit on a dish, grease liberally with sour cream.
