Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 200 grams;
  • banana - 2 pieces;
  • yogurt without additives - 200 milliliters;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • blueberries - 50 grams.

  1. Grind oatmeal with a blender into flour.
  2. Two chicken eggs (I use medium-sized homemade eggs), two bananas and yogurt without additives, beat with a blender until smooth.
  3. Combine the oatmeal with the yogurt mass and beat thoroughly with a mixer at low speed: until all the lumps are dissolved (a whisk is also ideal for whipping).
  4. Leave the whipped mixture for muffins to stand for five minutes to make it thicker.
  5. In a thick dough, add blueberries (berries can be used both frozen and fresh) and mix gently with a spatula (if you mix with a mixer, then only at low speed). It is very important that the berries remain intact during mixing.
  6. We will bake diet muffins with fruits in silicone forms.

Tip: when baking cupcakes in silicone molds, you do not need to lubricate the form with oil, and this significantly reduces calories. And another huge plus of silicone molds is that silicone does not react with products. It is very good to bake diet cottage cheese (low fat cottage cheese) muffins in such molds.

  • Lay out the dietary oatmeal dough in silicone molds (I used the baking dish in the form of different animals).
  1. Put the cupcakes into the oven preheated to 185 degrees and bake until cooked (check the cupcake for readiness with a wooden stick: if the stick is dry, then the cupcake is ready). There is no exact baking time, because it all depends on your oven.
  2. Remove the finished diet dessert from the mold.

Not always and not everywhere you can buy blueberries, but you can safely replace it with blackcurrant berries. If you like dried fruits, then make oatmeal muffins with raisins, dried apricots or prunes.
