  • oat flakes - 120 grams;
  • apple - 1 piece.

  1. Beat sour milk cheese with a blender: that is, cottage cheese - along with sour cream.
  2. Tip. Both cottage cheese and sour cream are better to choose fatter: then cottage cheese cookies turn out to be more tender and tastier.
  3. Add sugar to the paste-like sour-milk mixture. You can use brown sugar.
  4. Pour oatmeal and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Tip. In addition to cinnamon, optionally, you can add other aromatic spices: for example, cardamom or anise.
  6. Washed and peeled apple, cut into small cubes or chopped with a blender.
  7. Tip. Instead of apples, you can use any other fruits: plums, apricots, pears. Especially good is delicious oatmeal cookies at home, cooked with a banana.
  8. We shift to the dough for oatmeal cookies, mix.
  9. Tip. Also, you can add a little chopped nuts to the liver: for example, walnuts or almonds. But first you need to dry the nuts in the oven a little. They will give the liver an extra flavor and crunch.
  10. We form round gingerbread cookies. About five centimeters in diameter and finger-thick. Oatmeal dough is well sculpted.
  11. We spread the cookies on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment paper.
  12. Bake until half an hour. The temperature in the oven should be 180 degrees Celsius.
  13. Oatmeal cookies can be glazed. To do this, you need to bring 8 tablespoons of milk to a boil, separately mix 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder and the same amount of sugar. Mix thoroughly so that there are no pieces of cocoa. And pour bulk products into milk. Constantly stirring, we cook: the glaze will begin to thicken a little. This is a sign that it’s time to remove the chocolate fondant from the stove. Add 50 grams of butter and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  14. The icing can be cooled a little and dipped in our oatmeal and curd cookies. It is important that the icing is slightly dried on the cookies: otherwise they will stick together. In the dawn, the finished cookies, covered with chocolate icing, can be dipped in coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
  15. Such curd cookies look very beautiful in white chocolate icing, sprinkled with colored sprinkles.
  16. If you make cookies thin, then they can be glued together in two pieces with thick jam: for example, strawberry or apple jam. He will give homemade cookies a pleasant acidity, which will tarnish the sweet taste of gingerbread.

  • Grind sour milk cheese with a blender and mix it with an egg and squeezed from excess moisture, but well steamed, oatmeal.
  • One small onion, peel and finely chop into cubes. Fry the onion until golden brown in sunflower oil.
  • Whoever loves, you can fry on finely chopped pork greaves. When the onion cools a little, shift it to oatmeal dough.
  • Season with salt and ground black pepper, mix well.
  • We form cookies from oatmeal according to the principle of preparation of the previous recipe.
  • And also bake in the oven at the same temperature.
  • Such unsweetened cookies can serve as a good snack at work: or for a child, at school break.

From the same dough, you can fry the formed cookies in well-heated oil, then you will get oat pancakes. To cook onions, it is not necessary to passer: you can add them raw. After frying, blot the pancakes with a paper towel. Serve hot.
