Delicious pudding cuisine

Recently discovered delightfully delicious German cuisine with blueberry pudding. This cake has a delicate, airy texture, with pieces of soft pudding, and all this under sour cream. Real jam! And it looks so colorful!

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 4 pieces;
  • granulated sugar - 250 grams;
  • flour - 1.5 cups;
  • baking powder - 1 pack;
  • cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon;
  • milk - 0.5 cups;
  • vanillin - 1 pack;
  • margarine - 100 grams;
  • salt is a pinch.

For pudding:

  • dry pudding - 2 bags (40 grams each);
  • milk - 3 glasses;
  • sugar - 4 tablespoons.

For cream:

  • fat sour cream - 3 glasses;
  • powdered sugar - 5 tablespoons;
  • vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • a bar of dark chocolate - 0.5 pieces.

Delicious cuisine with pudding. Step by step recipe

  1. For pudding, mix the dry mixture, milk, sugar, put on medium heat and bring to a thickening.
  2. Remove from the plate, cover with a film so that it passes through the mass itself. This is so that a crust does not form during cooling.
  3. Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until peaks.
  4. Add sugar to the yolks and beat until white foam forms, gradually add soft margarine.
  5. Combine flour with baking powder and vanilla.
  6. Alternately, add the flour and milk to the egg mixture in small portions and knead well with a spatula.
  7. Add whipped proteins to the dough and mix until smooth with a spatula.
  8. We separate 1/3 of the dough and add sifted cocoa powder to it.
  9. Cover the baking dish with parchment greased with oil.
  10. First, pour the light dough and level it with a spatula, randomly pour the chocolate dough on top (do not level it).
  11. We spread the spoon with still warm pudding, also chaotically.
  12. Put in the oven for about 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Check the readiness with a spatula, if pressed, the dough springs and returns to its original position, then the cake is ready.
  13. We take out the cake and leave it to cool completely (for at least an hour).
  14. If you have a liquid sour cream, then put it on cheesecloth, folded in several layers, and hang to excess glass serum.
  15. Beat sour cream with icing sugar and vanilla and refrigerate to insist a little.
  16. Cooled kitchen top pour sour cream, smooth, grate chocolate on top.
  17. Send in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, or better at night.
