A delicious cream pie with sugar is a recipe I've been looking for a long time. And finally found! Sugar cake - just insanely tender and fragrant !!! A simple cream pie is unrealistically airy - you’ll just lick your fingers! It is filled with cream, mmm .... It is so magical that words can not describe. Urgently need to cook! This tender cake in my recipe book is always number one.


  • chicken egg - 2 pieces;
  • wheat flour - 250 grams;
  • dry yeast - 5 grams (fresh - 15 grams);
  • milk (of any fat content) - 100 milliliters;
  • margarine (butter) - 150 grams;
  • sugar - 130 grams + 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • vanilla sugar - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • cream 10% - 20% - 200 milliliters.

  1. There will be a yeast cake, so make the dough first. Heat the milk to a temperature of 36-38 degrees, add yeast, a couple of tablespoons of sugar and a couple of teaspoons of flour. Mix, leave until the appearance of a characteristic "hat".
  2. Shake the chicken eggs with vanilla sugar and salt. You can beat with a regular whisk, until light foam.
  3. Next, add oil: room temperature.
  4. Pour the suitable dough to this mixture, add the sifted flour and knead the dough: it should turn out to be viscous and very sticky.
  5. Leave it warm for 1 hour and expect an increase in volume.
  6. Grease a square mold with butter, sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough, distribute in an even layer.
  7. For 20-25 minutes, leave in a warm place, for a second lift.
  8. Combine the oil from the refrigerator with sugar: grate until crushed.
  9. Pressing a finger on top of the pie, we make holes: the pie will absorb the cream better.
  10. We spread the sugar-butter mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees, until blush.
  11. Do not let the cake cool. Pour over the finished cake with plenty of cream (sour cream is also suitable), preferably warm. Back to the oven for 10 minutes.

Baked yeast dough with cream baked in the oven - this is the most delicious pie I ate! I advise you to cook and treat your loved ones - and, of course, yourself!
