  • apples - 2 pieces;
  • flour - 180 grams;
  • sugar - 200 grams;
  • butter - 110 grams;
  • milk - 150 milliliters;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • baking powder - 10 grams;
  • ground cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • vanilla - as desired;
  • a pinch of salt.

  1. Combine the eggs with sugar and beat until lush foam, without ceasing to beat, add 50 grams of room temperature oil. Then add milk to the resulting mass and whisk quite a bit.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder, pour the milk mixture into it and knead the dough. Add some vanilla if desired.
  3. Grease the baking dish with butter and put the dough there.
  4. For apples, remove the core; peeling is not necessary. Cut into thin slices.
  5. Fan the apples in a circle, inserting slices into the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and a little sugar on top. Add the remaining butter, scattering it around the pie.
  6. Preheat the oven and bake the cake for 25-30 minutes. When it cools down a bit, remove it from the mold.
