The fastest cake, the recipe for which I got from my grandmother, she is a lover of delicious food and does not stay long in the kitchen, so she came up with a cake that quickly cooks at home and does not require much energy. My whole family loves to gather at my grandmother's desk at a huge table and drink tea with this particular cake. Today, together with Very Delicious, we will repeat this simple culinary masterpiece and will delight all our friends and relatives.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • sugar - 250 grams;
  • kefir - 250 milliliters;
  • jam - 1 glass;
  • soda - 2 teaspoons without top;
  • flour - 2 cups.

For cream:

  • sour cream - 500 milliliters;
  • sugar - 1 cup.

  1. Beat eggs with a glass of sugar.
  2. Pour a glass of kefir and jam. Then add flour and soda. Please note that soda does not need to be filled with full teaspoons, without top. Due to jam in our cake you will not even feel it.
  3. Mix.
  4. Cover the form with parchment and pour half the dough.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees.
  6. Do the same with the second cake.
  7. Cut into layers each cake. It should turn out 4 layers.
  8. Beat sour cream with sugar for cream.
  9. We smear each cake with cream.
  10. Decorate as desired. I decorated with melted chocolate.
  11. We put in the refrigerator for soaking at night.
