For the test:

  • chicken egg - 5 pieces;
  • sugar - 125 grams;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • wheat flour - 125 grams;
  • Cocoa - 1 tablespoon.

For cream:

  • boiled condensed milk - 200 grams;
  • butter - 200 grams;
  • cocoa - 50 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 10 grams.

For impregnation:

  • sugar - 130 grams;
  • wine (cognac, rum) - 250 milliliters.

For decor:

  • walnuts - 250 grams.

Awesome chocolate-nut cake. Step by step recipe

  1. We break the chicken eggs at room temperature into the bowl of the mixer, beat them until a stable strong foam.
  2. In the bowl to the beaten eggs we send sugar (according to the recipe), add a pinch of salt and continue whipping with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Combine the flour with cocoa, mix everything well and sift.
  4. Add the sifted flour to the egg mass, and gently mix the dough with a spatula.
  5. For baking cakes, we need a shape with a diameter of 20 centimeters.
  6. Cover the prepared form with parchment paper.
  7. We shift the chocolate dough into the prepared form and level it.
  8. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  9. We take out the baked cake from the oven and leave it to cool in shape.
  10. We take out the cooled cake for the awesome cake from the mold and leave it on the table for 1.5-2 hours.
  11. This time we will prepare impregnation for a nut cake.
  12. To prepare the impregnation, we need a pan with a thick bottom.
  13. Pour sugar into the prepared pan, add wine, send to the stove and bring the contents of the pan to a boil.
  14. Tip: to prepare the impregnation, you can use not only wine, rum, cognac or simple juice is ideal.
  15. After the impregnation begins to boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook it for another 20-25 minutes.
  16. Then remove the thick impregnation from the stove and leave to cool.
  17. The softened butter is sent to the mixer bowl and whisk it.
