The aroma of the pie is such that it is impossible to resist, so as not to devour a piece of creamy dessert. Delicate, tasty, soft pie on kefir with coconut flakes just melts in your mouth. We bring to your attention a simple recipe for an incredibly tasty cake cooked in the oven.

Ingredients:

For the test:

  • flour - 240 grams;
  • sugar - 200 grams;
  • slightly acidic kefir 1% - 250 milliliters;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • baking powder for dough - 10 grams.

For sprinkling:

  • coconut flakes - 100 grams;
  • sugar - 80 grams.

To fill:

  • cream of any fat content - 250 milliliters.

  1. Initially, we need to combine the flour with a baking powder, mix and sift through a sieve.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer into a bright, tender, airy mass (if you use homemade eggs for home baking, then the baking is especially tender).
  3. Pour kefir into beaten eggs and beat for another 1-2 minutes.

Tip: you need to take fresh and low-fat kefir for making dough.

  1. In small portions add flour to the egg mixture and knead the tender dough for the pie: it should turn out by consistency, like a dough for pancakes.
  2. Mix dry coconut flakes with sugar (you can take a little more sugar than by prescription).
  3. Form (I used a 23x32 centimeter mold) for baking a cake, cover with baking paper, pour out the dough, evenly spread over the whole form and sprinkle with a mixture of coconut flakes and sugar.
  4. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (check the readiness of the coconut pie with a wooden stick).

Tip: if your oven gives a strong top heat, then the top of the pie during baking can be covered with foil.

  1. Pour the baked cake immediately with cold cream (you need to carefully spill the entire top layer).

Tip: it is best to use cream for watering the cake with 20% fat and higher.

  1. Then put the pie on a wire rack until it cools completely.
