  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • flour - half a kilogram;
  • butter - 200 grams;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • vanillin - half a teaspoon;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • jam - 200 grams.

  1. Sift the flour. This is very important when making dough. The quality and taste of the dough will be much better.
  2. Put butter in a pan and melt over low heat.
  3. After the oil has melted, cool it and pour into a deep plate.
  4. There we send sugar, eggs, vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Add baking powder to the flour. We mix everything.
  6. Then add the flour to the butter. We divide the finished dough into 2 parts, put the part in the freezer for 1 hour. We distribute the second part in the form, cover everything with jam.
  7. The rest of the dough is three on a grater. Sprinkle on top.
  8. Cook at a temperature of 200 degrees 25 minutes.
