  • fat-free cottage cheese - 250 grams;
  • natural yogurt (1.5%) - 250 grams;
  • honey - 1 tablespoon;
  • cocoa powder - 1-2 teaspoons;
  • gelatin in the plates - 6 pieces (if granular gelatin - 15 grams);
  • milk - 2-3 tablespoons.

  1. We prepare gelatin in advance: put it in a pan, fill it with milk and leave it to swell. If you use granular gelatin, then, by volume, 15 grams is 1 tablespoon.
  2. Step-by-step preparation: mix cottage cheese with yogurt, add honey (it is better to use liquid), and whisk everything well with a blender or mix with a spoon.
  3. If you are allergic to honey, then it can be replaced with the same amount of invert syrup (the recipe can be found on the Very Delicious website) or icing sugar, only in this case we take less sugar (approximately 0.5-0.75 tablespoon spoons), maple syrup can also be used.
  4. We heat up the swollen gelatin in a water bath or in a very low heat (just do not bring it to a boil), constantly stir until it is completely dissolved. To remove possible lumps of undissolved gelatin, strain it through a sieve.
  5. Combine gelatin and curd mass, mix well.
  6. Divide the resulting curd mass into 2 parts. In one part, add cocoa powder and stir.
  7. For hardening, it is best to use silicone baking molds (but this is not important), since it is best to extract an already prepared dessert from them.
  8. We fill the mold: put in it, alternating, white and chocolate curd mass. So do with all the other molds. For a change, you can change the order and proportions of colors for different shapes.
  9. We send the molds with dessert to the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours (until completely solidified).
