  3. Continually stirring over low heat, bring to a boil.
  4. When our future condensed milk begins to boil, increase the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes stirring.
  5. After 10 minutes, remove the condensed milk from the heat. Do not be afraid of its consistency; it looks really liquid.
  6. Let it cool and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  7. Once the condensed milk has cooled, it will thicken.
