- In a wide pan with a thick bottom, dissolve sugar with milk, put on fire, bring to a boil, stirring.
- Cook for 1.5 hours on low heat without disturbing. You may need a little less or more than 1.5 hours. When the condensed milk is ready, it will take on the appearance, as if curled up.
- Turn off and cool immediately, and then when it cools, beat with a mixer.
It turns out a real condensed milk with a taste of childhood.
