Moscow donuts

If one of you has not tried the Moscow donuts, then you have missed a lot in life. No donuts can compare with these. Delicate little rings ask in the mouth. And cooking them is so easy! Ingredients:

  • flour - 1.5 cups;
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • butter - 1 tablespoon;
  • milk - 0.5 cups;
  • one egg;
  • baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • a pinch of cinnamon;
  • any fat for frying.

  1. Mix the sifted flour with cinnamon and soda.
  2. Rub the egg with sugar, add the butter, and rub again. Add milk, mix.
  3. Sprinkle flour over time.
  4. Roll out the dough approximately 0.5 centimeters thick.
  5. Make a large glass and a smaller one. Cut out the circles with a large glass; in these circles cut out holes in a small glass to form a ring.
  6. Fry the donuts in a very hot fat until golden brown.
  7. Spread on baking paper, it will remove excess fat.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired!
