Indulge your household with a slice of delicious dessert. My little daughter loves such a sweetness insanely, so I often cook peanut sorbets. Its taste is very unusual. New taste emotions are provided to you. At the sight of such a peanut treat, saliva flows right.


  • two tablespoons of milk;
  • 250 grams of peanuts;
  • one bag of vanilla sugar;
  • 300 grams of friable cookies (Petit Beurre TM Yarych - 2 packs);
  • 600 grams of Cow sweets;
  • 150 grams of condensed milk;
  • butter - 30 grams.

Sherbet with peanuts. Step by step recipe

  1. Put sweets, butter, vanilla sugar, condensed milk and pour milk into the stewpan.
  2. Put the stewpan on the fire and bring the mass to a boil. And here is a very important point: all the contents in the saucepan must be gradually stirred so that the mass does not burn.
  3. Take a light, crispy cookie and chop with a rolling pin. I use two packs of Petit Beurre TM Yarych cookies, these are Ukrainian-made cookies and ideal for making nutty sweets. And you can use the cookies you want.
  4. Finely chop the peanuts. (Peanuts should be fried a little in a pan beforehand). I also chop peanuts with a rolling pin.
  5. Combine nuts with cookies.
  6. Then pour the fudge into the nuts. Mix well.
  7. Divide the liquid mass in half and place on parchment. Give the shape you want to sorbet. I shape in the form of sticks.
  8. Sherbet put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Such sweetness as sorbet with peanuts will appeal to both small and adult. Seductively mouth-watering sorbet just melts in your mouth. When I cook such a sorbet, I take more nuts than by prescription. It seems to me tastier. Before serving, chop the peanut sorbet into diamonds or squares.
