Raisin Cupcakes

Due to the fact that my grandmother stores all her recipes in a notebook, I happened to cook delicious cupcakes with raisins in the oven. This recipe shows the exact amount of ingredients and a step by step recipe. Cupcakes with raisins will turn out to be just magical, and you just can’t tear yourself away from them, most importantly - cupcakes are prepared very quickly.


  • butter - 150 grams;
  • sugar - 150 grams;
  • three eggs;
  • vanilla sugar - a bag;
  • baking powder - two teaspoons;
  • water - five tablespoons
  • flour - one and a half cups
  • raisins, dried apricots - to taste.

  1. Melt the butter in a water bath, you can also wait for it to melt well.
  2. Add sugar to the butter and grind the ingredients very well.
  3. Add three eggs, I usually wash my eggs before use, add them one at a time and grind constantly.
  4. When everything is done, add a bag of vanilla sugar, two teaspoons of baking powder, five tablespoons of water, but I added six and mix.
  5. Sift the flour.
  6. After sifted, add the flour in portions and mix.
  7. Add raisins and dried apricots to the finished dough, be sure to rinse all this under cold water. Dried apricots added to the recipe, because I love her very much.
  8. Mix well.
  9. For baking, I used an iron mold and paper bookmarks for muffins, you can also use silicone molds - this will not change the taste.
  10. We collect the dough with a spoon and put in baking tins. I do not fill out the full forms, but somewhere 3/4.
  11. We put it in a preheated oven at t 190 for 30 minutes, make sure that the muffins in the oven do not burn.
  12. The pastries are ready, but I still sprinkled my muffins with powdered sugar.
