Shaped tangerine cupcake
The season of tangerines is in full swing and our menu has delicious tangerine muffins, I decided to share this recipe with “Very tasty”. Whipped up tangerine muffins were enjoyed by my whole family. The composition is quite simple, but the children were delighted.
Ingredients:
- butter - 220 grams;
- sugar - 220 grams;
- flour - 220 grams;
- baking powder - 2 teaspoons;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- tangerines - 3 pieces;
- sugar - 40 grams.

1. Mix sugar and butter, whisk with a mixer. 2. Introduce into the mass alternately 4 eggs. 3. Add flour and baking powder. Mix everything again. 4. Place the baked goods in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, in a cupcake or muffin dish. Next, you need to grease each recess with oil (or the general form, depending on the type of baking dish used). Pour a tablespoon of regular sugar to the bottom. 5. Cut the tangerines (or you can use lemons, grapefruits, kiwi or oranges) across. Using additional ingredients, you can change the taste every time and get a new cupcake recipe. 6. Put the dough on top of the fruit, leaving a little space for raising the dough. 7. Bake for 20-30 minutes. I’ll clarify the novice housewives: we determine the readiness of the texts by their ruddyness (to check whether the cupcake is ready, you can also use a skewer). The skewer must be dry. 8. Ready-made cupcakes need to cool for at least 5 minutes, after which they can be removed from the mold and enjoy the taste.
