- wheat flour - 225 grams;
- chicken egg - 3 pieces;
- butter - 170 grams;
- sugar - 170 grams;
- cognac - one and a half tablespoons;
- raisins - 170 grams;

- We take a bowl for whipping and place oil at room temperature in it. Turn on the mixer and beat, so that the mass turns out the consistency of sour cream.
- After that add sugar to the butter. Beat with a mixer for about 10 minutes to dissolve it as much as possible.
- In a separate bowl, break a couple of eggs and, plus this, separate one yolk and pour it. After we take a fork and gently beat the egg mass until a homogeneous consistency is formed.
- After that we pour cognac to the beaten egg mixture. And mix with a fork.
- Now gradually add the egg-cognac mixture to the beaten butter. So, I add it to a tablespoon, continuing to whisk. We do this until both masses completely turn into a homogeneous consistency.
- Take the flour. Pour a couple of spoons into a separate container: it is useful to us for working with raisins. Pour the rest into another bowl.
- Add flour baking powder to the flour. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Take a strainer and sift the flour so that no lumps form. It is best to do this twice: then the flour is more airy and tender.
- Add a spoonful of flour to the creamy mass and mix with a mixer. So do until a dough is formed.
- Turn on the oven and heat it to a temperature of 170 degrees.
- While it is warming up, we will wash the raisins: to make it softer, it is better to use hot water. Fill it with water for 5 minutes. After we place the raisins on a sieve, getting rid of excess fluid.
- Pour raisins into a bowl and add a couple of spoons of flour, mix.
- After that, send it to our dough, mix with a spoon.
- Sprinkle flour in a baking tin: so that the dough does not burn. We spread the dough into it: in a uniform layer. In the middle we make an incision with a knife.
- Put the form in the oven. Baking a cupcake will take approximately 1 hour 40 minutes. Cooking time depends on the characteristics of the kitchen equipment: therefore, watch for the cake - so that it does not burn out or is not wet.
