Sweet apple strudel with cinnamon

Golden autumn - time for juicy and sweet apples. And what could be better than combining them with a thin sheet of dough and cinnamon? Apple strudel is the perfect fall dessert.
Ingredients:
- puff pastry - 500 grams;
- apples of any grade - 800 grams;
- sugar (ideally brown) - 100 grams;
- cinnamon - 2 teaspoons;
- almonds - 100 grams;
- raisins - 50 grams;
- butter - 50 grams;
- 1 egg

- Peel the apples from the peel and cores, cut into even slices.
- Soak raisins first. Chop the almonds and fry a little in a pan.
- Melt butter in a pan, add apples, sugar, cinnamon, chopped almonds and raisins. Strain the mixture until the apples are soft.
- Roll the dough thin enough. Put the filling in the middle. Wrap the dough on the principle of roll, be sure to seal the edges.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and place the apple strudel there. Make small cuts on top of the pie and brush with a pre-beaten egg. Send the cake to the oven for 20-30 minutes (temperature 180 C).
