And this is a fabulously tasty cake without flour, consisting of only 4 ingredients. Taste is difficult to convey - you just have to try it. It is so tender and delicious that I couldn’t fall asleep at night - I had to visit the refrigerator, although I don’t have such a habit.

Ingredients:

  • sugar - 250 grams;
  • fat milk - 1 cup;
  • fat cream - 1.5 cups;
  • eggs - 8 pieces.

A delicious cake without flour. Step by step recipe

  1. We prepare caramel syrup No. 1: mix 100 grams of sugar with 50 grams of water, put on medium heat and bring to a dark caramel color (do not mix during cooking, but gently rotate the saucepan to warm the caramel evenly).
  2. Pour the caramel into the solidification mold and spread it quickly with a brush, since the caramel immediately sets.
  3. We prepare caramel syrup No. 2: mix 100 grams of sugar with 50 grams of water, but bring to a light caramel color.
  4. While the caramel No. 2 is preparing, beat 6 eggs, 2 yolks with the remaining sugar, heat the milk and cream (degrees to 50-60).
  5. Pour cream into the finished caramel, stirring quickly, remove from heat and add milk.
  6. Mix the egg mixture with the milk. I do it like this: pour half a hot milk mixture into a egg trickle and stir quickly, the eggs will begin to thicken immediately, and then mix everything together at once.
  7. Pour into a baking dish, where at the bottom there is already caramel number 1.
  8. A feature of this cake is that it is cooked in a water bath. To do this, pour a little water into a larger mold and put a towel on the bottom, on top of which put a mold with our cake.
  9. We send to the oven for 1 hour 15 minutes (at 150 degrees).
  10. We take out the finished dessert from the oven and leave to cool in shape for 4 hours at room temperature. After the spatula, we separate the cake from the sides of the mold, cover with a plate and turn over. Our masterpiece is ready!

The cake turns out to be beautiful and complete, which I don’t want to make out in addition. It is easy to prepare, the most difficult thing is to endure 4 hours and not try earlier.
