The fastest and most delicious condensed muffin
I just love baking on condensed milk: the products are tender, airy and very tasty. Therefore, today I propose to bake the fastest and most delicious condensed muffin. The cake recipe is very simple, quick, even the most inexperienced housewife will succeed. And you must admit, a home-made cupcake is much tastier than a purchased one. Moreover, in my recipe, in addition to condensed milk, nuts, raisins and almond flakes are present. Be sure to bake a cupcake on condensed milk: everything will turn out super.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of condensed milk;
- 5 eggs;
- 50 grams of butter;
- 150 grams of flour;
- 5 grams of vanilla sugar;
- 80 grams of walnuts;
- a quarter teaspoon of salt;
- almond flakes - for decoration;
- 60 grams of raisins;
- chocolate - for sprinkling;
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder;
- icing sugar - for decoration.

- Sift flour into a large bowl: exactly as much as specified in the recipe.
- Pour salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar into flour. Mix everything with a spatula.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a mixer. If you bought large enough eggs, then they can be taken in the amount of four pieces.
- To the slightly beaten eggs, gradually pour the condensed milk. And we continue to whip all the time.
- Melt the butter in advance to allow it to cool slightly. Add it to beaten eggs and condensed milk, mix.
- Gradually add flour: do it in small portions. And mix constantly: you can use a mixer.
- In the dough, add raisins, which were previously washed with water and dried, and peeled walnuts. Nuts can be a little detailed. Once again, mix everything thoroughly.
- It is advisable to take a cupcake baking dish of a rectangular shape, but any other will do. Lubricate the bottom with oil and cover it with parchment. Lubricate the sides of the mold in the same way.
- The walls and bottom of the mold need to be a little sprinkled with flour.
- Pour the dough into the mold. By consistency, it should resemble dough, like a pancake.
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and send our dough into it for 50-60 minutes.
- You can easily recognize the cupcake’s readiness if you pierce it with a toothpick or wooden stick. If there is no raw dough on it: then the cupcake is ready.
- We take the cupcake out of the oven and immediately, while it is still hot, we coat the top with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cake on top with almond flakes, icing sugar and grated chocolate.
