Ingredients:

  4. To make one bun, take three flat cakes from the dough, put in the middle a little filling in each (chocolate, jam, cinnamon, jelly), fold each in half twice, and fold the flower with the corners down. We put in round molds, for example, molds for muffins are suitable. Grease the top with egg yolk.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set for 20-30 minutes.
