Ingredients:

  • milk - 300 milliliters;
  • sugar - 20-30 grams;
  • chocolate from 75% cocoa - 50 grams;
  • gelatin - 10 grams;
  • water - 30 milliliters.

  1. We take a small container, put gelatin in it and fill it with water. Mix well and leave on the table for 15 minutes to make the gelatin swell.
  2. Now we need a saucepan. Pour milk into it and add granulated sugar. We put the container on the stove and, not ceasing to stir, bring to a boil.
  3. When the liquid boils, remove from heat and add chocolate, in which at least 75% of cocoa. Chocolate does not need to be rubbed or finely broken, it is enough to divide into cubes, and it will melt in hot milk. You need to mix with a whisk until it is completely dissolved.
  4. If 15 minutes have passed and the gelatin is swollen, add it to the liquid and dissolve, mixing well.
  5. Almost done. Now you need to pour the chocolate milk into the molds. I use silicone for cupcakes. You can take any. Small glass or metal containers, and even large ones, will be suitable, only they will need to be kept in the refrigerator for longer, and the finished jelly should be cut before serving.
  6. When the liquid is spilled, send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours (if large, leave it longer).
  7. Ready jelly can be served in the same container in which it was cooled, or can be transferred to plates. It’s quite easy to shift from a silicone mold, it’s soft, it’s comfortable to work with it, the jelly will not break. And if you used a metal or glass mold, dip it in hot water for a moment, then just turn it over and the jelly will pop out with ease.
  8. Serve chocolate jelly with berries or fruits. Top can be decorated with a leaf of mint.
