Tempting appetizing cake "Three Milk" is very easy to prepare. Milk impregnation, which we will do for the biscuit, gives the cake a divine taste. A piece of such piquant sweetness just melts in your mouth. And to decorate the cake, we will use a light, airy protein cream.


For impregnation:

  • one glass of milk;
  • one glass of cream;
  • one cup of condensed milk.

For biscuit:

  • flour - 120 grams;
  • eggs - 5 pieces;
  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • 15 grams of vanilla sugar;
  • one teaspoon of baking powder.

For protein glaze:

  • egg whites - 2 pieces;
  • powdered sugar - 6 tablespoons with a slide;
  • water - 3 tablespoons;
  • lemon zest for decoration;
  • juice of half a lemon.

Three Milk Cake. Step by step recipe

  1. To prepare the biscuit, beat the eggs in lush foam.
  2. Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar, beat for 10 minutes with a mixer.
  3. Add the baking powder to the flour and sift it to the egg mass.
  4. Gently, from the bottom up, mix the dough with a spatula.
  5. We cover the form with parchment, grease with butter and spread the dough. The diameter of the form I took is 22 centimeters.
  6. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  7. We take the finished biscuit out of the oven and cool a little.
  8. Now make milk soak for the cake. We need to combine a glass of milk, a glass of cream and a glass of condensed milk.
  9. In the biscuit we make frequent punctures with a fork and gradually impregnate the biscuit with the milk mixture.
  10. In order to absorb all the liquid, we send the biscuit in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours.
  11. We make protein cream at home. Beat with a mixer in a lush mass two egg whites.
  12. In a stewpan put six tablespoons with a hill of powdered sugar, pour three tablespoons of water and the juice of half a lemon. We put on the fire and, stirring, bring to a boil.
  13. Pour the syrup over the proteins into a thin stream and beat for 3-5 minutes with a mixer. Protein cream for decorating the cake is ready.
  14. Cover the cake with the resulting glaze.
  15. We decorate the cake with lemon zest.
