Words cannot convey the most delicate taste of the cream, a subtle touch of coffee aroma, and the softness of the biscuit. It melts in the mouth, and a pleasant aftertaste lifts the mood.

Ingredients:

  • mascarpone - 500 grams (you can use 1.2 liter fat cream and 2 tablespoons lemon juice as a replacement);
  • eggs - 4 pieces;
  • sugar - 100 grams;
  • ladies' biscuit cookies - 250 grams (these cookies are called Savoyardi in Italy);
  • brewed coffee (preferably natural) - 350 milliliters;
  • cognac - 4-5 tablespoons (optional);
  • dark bitter chocolate - for decoration.

Delicious Tiramisu. Step by step recipe

  1. Squirrels separate from the yolks.
  2. Prepare the mascarpone. If you need to cook yourself, then the day before this, we heat the cream in a water bath to approximately 85 degrees, add lemon juice, keep it on fire for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool to 40 degrees, recline on cheesecloth, folded in 5-7 layers, leave the glass serum (approximately at night).
  3. Stir the yolks with sugar and add the mascarpone.
  4. Beat the whites in a lush foam, slowly introduce into the egg-cheese mixture, mix so that the protein bubbles do not disperse at all, so that the cream is airy.
  5. Mix cold coffee and cognac (optional), dip the biscuit cookies in the solution and put into the mold.
  6. Then pour half the cream and smooth.
  7. Again, a layer of Savoyardi and the second part of the cream, which can be decorated using a pastry bag - this will look more beautiful.

The number of tastes and aromas of this miracle dessert is difficult to calculate. The French have a tradition: every year to come up with a new taste of macaroon. Appeared in the Middle Ages and were the adored delicacy of kings and courtiers. Let us and we will try this royal dessert!

Ingredients:

  • almond flour - 200 grams (or almonds - 250 grams);
  • icing sugar - 200 grams;
  • sugar - 200 grams;
  • eggs - 5-6 pieces;
  • water - 75 grams;
  • food coloring, cocoa powder.

Chocolate ganache:

  • dark chocolate - 100 grams;
  • fat cream - 100 grams.

  1. If you do not have almond flour, then we will cook it! Pour almonds with boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then place in cold water for the same time, repeat this procedure a couple of times. From temperature extremes, peel from a nut will easily depart. Put to dry in the oven at a temperature of 100 degrees for 1.5 hours. Get out and cool completely. Grind in small quantities on a coffee grinder, otherwise you will get almond paste.
  2. Sift flour 2 times to separate large parts. Add the icing sugar, mix, sift together again.
  3. Remove the eggs from the refrigerator in advance (best in 12 hours). Separate the proteins, pass through a sieve 2-3 times and divide them into 2 equal parts.
  4. Mix one part of the protein with almond flour. Beat the second into a thick foam.
  5. Prepare the syrup: put the stewpan on the stove with water and add sugar, cook over medium heat without stirring with a spoon, you can periodically tilt the stewpan so that the syrup is evenly heated.
  6. When the syrup boils, keep it on fire for another 3-4 minutes, the temperature should reach 110-115 degrees, if you have a thermometer. Do not forget that the fire should be medium, even slightly below average. Readiness can also be checked this way: with a spoon, grab a little syrup and pour into cold water - it does not dissolve immediately, but will acquire a viscous consistency.
  7. Remove from the stove and slowly pour into whipped squirrels, continuing to whisk.
  8. Combine almond paste and whipped proteins and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Add dyes at this point.
  9. On a baking sheet covered with parchment, we plant identical circles in a checkerboard pattern and leave to dry for another 30-35 minutes, and only then we send it to the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 140 degrees.
  10. After 4-5 minutes, open the oven so that excess moisture comes out.
  11. Cooking ganache: warm the cream and throw in them pieces of chocolate, mix until smooth, tightly cover with cling film, by weight. We put in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  12. We connect the halves of pasta: apply cream to one part and cover with the second half. This is done immediately before serving, as the cream can soften the cookies a little.

Having bitten off a piece, you understand that your ears turn into wings, and you take off from pleasure. This is an allegory. But this sweetness cannot be left without tasting. Cooking it yourself is not difficult.

Ingredients:

  • honey - 130 grams;
  • sugar - 100 grams;
  • icing sugar - 50 grams;
  • egg protein - 2 pieces;
  • nuts (almonds are better, but others are also possible) - 250 grams.

Amazing Spanish Turron. Step by step recipe

  1. Toast or dry nuts.
  2. Boil honey over low heat, cook for 10 minutes stirring.
  3. Continuing to cook, add sugar, stirring constantly, until the mass acquires the appearance of soft caramel. Like syrup in macaroons (see above) - when dropping a droplet into cold water, it does not dissolve immediately and does not crystallize.
  4. Beat the protein in parallel, then add the icing sugar and bring to steep peaks.
  5. Remove caramel from heat, add almonds, mix.
  6. Add the protein and mix quickly so that the protein does not brew, put on the fire again and boil for 2-3 minutes, without stopping to interfere.
  7. Remove from heat, put in a form covered with parchment greased with vegetable oil. Or you can use wafer sheets. Also cover the mass on top so that it evens out.
  8. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours until solidified.

It’s not difficult to prepare, it’s just a little long, since you need to pay attention to each of the layers. But believe me, it's worth it! Everyone who tried this dessert from me all asked for a recipe.

Ingredients:

First layer:

  • biscuit cookies (crumbs) - 200 grams;
  • nuts (any, but almonds are better) - 50 grams;
  • butter - 125 grams;
  • sugar - 50 grams;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • cocoa powder - 30 grams;
  • coconut flakes - 50-100 grams.

Second layer:

  • butter - 100 grams;
  • powdered sugar - 1.5 cups;
  • dry mixture for pudding or custard dry - 2 tablespoons;
  • milk (cream better) - 3 tablespoons.

Third (top layer)

  • dark dark chocolate - 100-125 grams;
  • butter - 30 grams.

  9. Send to the refrigerator for another half hour, until completely solidified.
  10. Cut Nanaimo Bars into pieces.

What yummy it turns out is somewhat remotely similar to sneakers, but it tastes better to me at times. Dessert Nanaimo Bars just can not help but like it!

  • almonds - 50-70 grams;
  • baking powder for dough - a bag;
  • vanilla sugar (vanillin) - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 150 milliliters.

For syrup:

  • water - 2 glasses;
  • sugar - 2 glasses;
  • lemon juice - 1 teaspoon.

  1. We prepare sorbet (syrup) - add water to sugar and put on medium heat and boil until the sugar has completely melted. Remember that we don’t interfere with the syrup with a spoon, but only rotate the stewpan, tilting it in different directions.
  2. At the end, add lemon juice and turn it off. Leave to cool.
  3. Cooking a biscuit: mix eggs with sugar, add yogurt, vanilla sugar, baking powder, semolina, sunflower oil. Leave to swell for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Pour the dough into a mold oiled and sprinkled with semolina. Spread almonds or other nuts on top.
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees, until golden brown.
  6. When the biscuit is ready, we take it out of the oven and fill it with cold syrup and send it back to the oven for 7-10 minutes (already turned off).
  7. Chilled Shambhali cut into portions.

Due to the syrup, this Turkish sweetness really becomes delicious - very tender, I would say, juicy, caramel. Shambhala will be very tasty with coffee or tea. Oh, drooling already!
