Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • crab sticks - 200 grams;
  • hard cheese - 200 grams;
  • potatoes - 2 pieces;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • green parsley and dill;
  • small onion;
  • vinegar;
  • a pinch of salt and sugar;
  • mayonnaise.

  1. Two potatoes in their skins and peel. Grate.

  3. Boil eggs and grate on medium grater.
  4. Cut the crab sticks with a knife. I cut it not very finely, as for me, then the salad is tastier.
  5. Grate hard cheese.
  6. Finely chop fresh parsley and dill.
  7. Grate fresh carrots on a fine grater.
  8. Put the salad in layers.
  9. Grease each layer of salad with mayonnaise.
  10. We form a salad in a serving ring in the following sequence: potato and add salt to taste, eggs, crab sticks, pickled onions, hard cheese, a little fresh chopped herbs, carrots. Sprinkle the top of the salad with grated hard cheese for decoration.
  11. Leave the salad in the ring for an hour in order to soak.
