- curd cheese - 500 grams.
- chicken egg - 9 pieces;
- butter - 100 grams;
- sugar - 180 grams (1 cup);
- wheat flour - 1.3 cups (173 grams);
- baking powder for dough - 1 sachet;
- food coloring (green) - 5 grams;
- vanilla extract - 5 grams (or 0.5 teaspoon of vanillin);
- confectionery topping;
- powdered sugar - 2 cups (280 grams);
- 100 grams of butter;
- coconut flakes - 200 grams.

- To prepare a delicious multi-colored Christmas tree cake, we will prepare three different cakes.
- In a deep bowl, in which we will knead the dough for the first cake, break three chicken eggs, add a third of the sugar (from the general norm).
- Tip: I use cane sugar to make dough for a multi-colored cake, but you can use white sugar.
- Beat the eggs with sugar until well in volume using a mixer (it takes me 7-10 minutes).
- In a beaten egg mass, add one teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix gently.
- Tip: instead of vanilla extract, you can use vanillin, we need 0.5 teaspoon of it.
- We combine wheat flour with a baking powder and mix well so that the baking powder is evenly distributed throughout the volume. Sift flour with baking powder through a sieve.
- In the egg mass we send a third part (of the total) melted butter (pre-melt the butter in the microwave) and mix.
- Then add the third part of the flour with baking powder (from the general norm) and mix gently.
- In the finished dough for cakes, add green food coloring and mix again. We add so much dye to the dough so that the cake is saturated green.
- Tip. For the cake, we will bake three cakes: green, light green and white.
- Cover the bottom of the detachable shape with parchment paper. The ideal form for baking cakes of delicious multi-colored herringbone cake - 20 centimeters.
- We send the finished dough to the form.
- Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. If you take a baking dish for cakes less than 20 centimeters in diameter, then you may need a little more time for baking. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick.
- The remaining cakes (two more) for a delicious multi-colored cake are baked in the same way.
- Now we are preparing cream for a delicious multi-colored Christmas tree cake.
- We send softened butter to deep dishes, add powdered sugar and mix well (for this I use a mixer).
- Then we add cream cheese into whipped butter, and mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- When all the baked cakes have cooled down and the cream is ready, we proceed to the assembly of the Fir-tree cake.
- On the serving plate, send the first cake (green), grease it well with cream, then lay out the second cake, grease it with cream again.
- Now we put the third, white, cake, carefully, but gently crush, grease the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream.
- We cut out the Christmas tree from white paper and put it in the middle of the cake, like a stencil.
- Sprinkle the top and sides of a delicious multi-colored cake with coconut.
- We remove the stencil from the cake and sprinkle the Christmas tree with multi-colored pastry topping (we work out the edges of the Christmas tree well).
