- We start cooking amazing cutlets with boiling buckwheat.

- Remove the finished buckwheat from the stove and leave it to cool completely.
- Now we need a large deep bowl in which we will combine all the ingredients for our amazing buckwheat cutlets.
- We transfer the cooled buckwheat to the prepared deep dishes.
- Add cottage cheese (according to the recipe) to a bowl of buckwheat porridge, break two chicken eggs, add the remaining salt (0.5 teaspoon), Curry seasoning, and ground black pepper to taste.
- A small bunch of green onions are washed well and cut very finely with a knife.
- Chopped green onions are sent to the container to all the ingredients.
