- chicken fillet - 600 grams (you can take any meat that you like);
- medium-sized onions - 1 piece;
- starch - 3 tablespoons;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
- salt and pepper - to taste;
- sunflower oil - for frying.

- Cut the chicken into small cubes.
- Add the finely chopped onion to the meat.
- Beat eggs, add mayonnaise (you can do without it), mix until smooth.
- Add starch a little and knead until lumps disappear.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- We spread the resulting mixture in the form of pancakes on a preheated pan with a spoon. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
