Chicken fillet at home

Today we will cook a famous American chicken fillet dish at home. You can cook many different dishes from chicken, but it seems to me the most successful. The meat is juicy, and the crisp melts directly in the mouth.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 kilogram;
  • starch - 1/2 tablespoon;
  • soda - 1/2 teaspoon;
  • lemon juice - 15 milliliters;
  • salt to taste;
  • flour - 50 grams;
  • sunflower oil - 10 milliliters.

  1. Cut the fillets into slices.
  2. Wash and dry.
  3. Add salt, sprinkle with soda and stir.
  4. Pour lemon juice, sprinkle with starch and mix again.
  5. Set aside to rest for 20 minutes.
  6. After that, dunk each piece from all sides in flour and fry until golden brown.

You can also plan such slices of fillet in breadcrumbs or something else that you prefer, but I suggest you cook according to my version, because chicken at home turns out to be rosy and tasty. It goes well with any sauce and side dish.
